At Adaae Couture, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can exchange it within 10 days of delivery.
Exchange within 10 days
You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be exchanged.
How to start an exchange
Email us at adaaecouture@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will confirm your exchange by email and share the return instructions. Please do not send anything back until we have confirmed your exchange.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, let us know at adaaecouture@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm. If your return is approved, any refund will be processed to your original payment method. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item.
